How to Return

Contact Us

Email support@leatherbureau.com within 14 days. Include your order number and reason for return.

Send Photos

If damaged or defective, attach 2–3 clear photos. This helps us resolve faster and arrange free return shipping where applicable.

Get Confirmation

We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and address, plus a prepaid label if the return is our fault.

Ship & Refund

Ship back with a trackable method. Once received and inspected, refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Always wait for written confirmation. Unrequested returns may not be processed.

04 — Damaged Items

Arrived
Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our standard, please act within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email support@leatherbureau.com within 48 hours with your order number and 2–3 clear photographs.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered entirely by LeatherBureau.
  • No restocking fees, no deductions — full amount back or a brand new replacement.

If your item does not meet the quality LeatherBureau promises, we want to know — and we will make it right, completely at our cost.

06 — Exchanges

Size or Style Exchange

We process exchanges as a two-step process — return the original item, then place a new order.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Return the original item unworn and in original condition.
  • Place a new order for the size or style you need — we'll refund the returned item once inspected.
  • Wrong size delivered due to our error? We cover all shipping and expedite your replacement.
07 — Exceptions

Non-Returnable
Items

The following cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage on arrival:

  • Custom & personalised ordersItems made to your specific measurements or specifications.
  • Final sale itemsProducts clearly marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase.
  • Worn or altered itemsAny item worn beyond a brief fitting, washed, or modified.
  • Missing original packagingReturns must include all original tags, dustbags, and packaging.
08 — Custom Orders

Custom &
Bespoke Orders

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Before placing a custom order we strongly recommend:

  • Consulting our Size Guide and confirming your measurements carefully.
  • Emailing support@leatherbureau.com with any questions before ordering.
  • Reviewing all product specs, colours, and options thoroughly before checkout.

Exception: If a custom order has a manufacturing defect or doesn't match agreed specs, we will remake or refund at no cost. Report within 48 hours with photos.
