Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Questions
Standard orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Total delivery is typically 5–8 business days from order placement across all 50 US states. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
We currently ship within the United States only. We deliver to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, always free of charge.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required. Fast, free, and reliable delivery on every single order.

Returns & Refunds

Return Questions
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your custom item has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Email our support team at support@leatherbureau.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost — including return shipping.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@leatherbureau.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible and you'd need to follow our returns process.

Payments & Orders

Payment Questions
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are protected with bank-level SSL encryption.
Yes. All payments on leatherbureau.com are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is handled exclusively by our certified payment processors.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank is outside the USA, your payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their applicable exchange rate.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@leatherbureau.com with your name and the email address used at checkout, and we'll resend your confirmation.

Products & Leather Care

Product Questions
All LeatherBureau products are crafted from 100% genuine leather — no synthetics, no shortcuts. We source premium hides that provide lasting durability, rich texture, and a timeless appearance that improves with age.
Apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to maintain softness and prevent cracking. Keep leather away from rain and direct sunlight, and dry naturally — never with heat sources. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth for light cleaning. Never submerge or use harsh chemicals.

Store leather jackets on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Never store in plastic bags — leather needs to breathe. For duffle bags, stuff lightly with tissue paper to maintain shape. Keep all leather away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.
