To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions. We've kept this as simple and fair as possible.
Four simple steps — from request to refund.
Email support@leatherbureau.com within 14 days. Include your order number and a brief reason for return.
If damaged or defective, attach 2–3 clear photos. This helps us resolve faster and arrange free return shipping where applicable.
We respond within 24 business hours with return instructions, the return address, and a prepaid label if the return is our fault.
Ship back with a trackable method. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Always wait for written confirmation before shipping. Unrequested returns may not be processed.
We package every order carefully, but transit damage occasionally happens. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our standard, please act within 48 hours of delivery.
If your item does not meet the quality LeatherBureau promises, we want to know — and we will make it right, completely at our cost.
Once we receive your return, inspection takes 1–2 business days. On approval your refund is issued to the original payment method.

We process exchanges as a two-step process — return the original item, then place a new order — ensuring you get the correct item without delay.
The following cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage on arrival:
Custom orders — made to your measurements, personalised with initials, or in non-standard configurations — are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before placing a custom order, we strongly recommend:
Exception: If a custom order has a manufacturing defect or doesn't match agreed specs, we will remake or refund at no cost. Report within 48 hours with photos.
