Available payment options are displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). Foreign exchange fees, if any, are applied by your bank — not LeatherBureau.

Charges & Authorisation

When You Are Charged

Payment is collected at the time of order placement. By completing your purchase, you authorise LeatherBureau to charge the full order amount — including applicable taxes and shipping fees — to your selected payment method.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms your payment was received and your order is being processed. It does not constitute a contract for delivery until your order has been dispatched.

PayPal Payments

Payments made via PayPal appear on your statement as LeatherBureau. If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us at support@leatherbureau.com before raising a dispute.

Unrecognised charge? Email us at support@leatherbureau.com with your order number before raising a bank dispute. We resolve all billing queries within 24 business hours.

Refunds & Security

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only, within 10 business days of receiving your approved return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility conditions.

Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check:

  • Card details are entered correctly, including billing address and CVV.
  • Your card has sufficient funds or credit available.
  • Your bank has not blocked the international transaction — contact them to authorise.
  • Try an alternative payment method if the issue persists.
Chargeback Policy

Please contact us at support@leatherbureau.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 business hours. Chargebacks without prior contact may be contested with full order and shipment evidence.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your financial information is handled exclusively by certified processors including PayPal and Stripe.
